Answer: 21034470600

Explanation:

Given : The number of number of tulip bulbs = 8

The number of daffodil bulbs = 10

The number of crocus bulbs = 7

Total bulbs = 10+8+7=25

We know that the number of permutations to arrange n objects , where k are of one kinds , m are of another kind and so on is

(n!)/(m!k!....)

Now, the number of ways by which Frances can plant these bulbs in a border along the edge of her garden :-

(25!)/(10!8!7!)=21034470600
