I think it’s D because the has a quote, plus it says “deal with death as something that is a must, something that is going to happen anyway. Even if you don’t die this way, you can die normally, naturally.” The passage doesn’t exactly show an instance or an explanation, it just says, if you wanna keep on living face your fears. It also doesn’t really say what happens due to exposure of extreme violence and fear of dying. I hope my explanation makes sense and I hope that D is the right answer.
