Let there be a triangle ABC where ∠B is 80 and ∠C is 40

The rays p and q bisects the two angles and intersect at point O.

Now ∠OBC = 40°

∠OCB = 20°

Also we know that the sum of all the three angles of any triangle is 180

Hence

∠COB + ∠OBC + ∠OCB = 180°

∠COB +40° + 20° = 180°

∠COB =180° - 40° -20°

∠COB = 120°

Hence the obtuse angle formed by the bisectors of these two angles is 120°
