Answer: C. 4.86

Explanation:

Given : The two rectangles below have the same height-to-width ratio.

Since , width of blue rectangle = 34 units

Height of blue rectangle = 21 units

and width of red rectangle = w units

Height of red rectangle = 3 units

Then,
\frac{\text{Height }}{\text{Width}}=(21)/(34)=(3)/(w)

i.e.
w=(3)/(21)*34=4.85714285714\approx4.86

Hence, The value of w= 4.86
