100K or nothing.

If you earn $100,000 a year, you may live comfortably in many different areas of the state. If you have two incomes in the $100K area, you can live comfortably in a neighborhood that is safe, has outstanding schools, and is a decent place to raise a family.

Even if you have no income, you can enjoy government-subsidized low-income housing, free breakfast and lunch for your kids at school, and widespread access to telephones in any large city, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, etc. If you can show that you have a health issue or disability that prevents you from working, the situation will be much better. After that, the state of California truly lays out the red carpet of incentives.

If you are highly entrepreneurial and can make yourself appear to be in need by praying on the idiots leaving Costco, you can make $250 to $300 every day to augment your government benefits (or the right off ramp off the 5 Freeway).

Answer: Expensive

Step-by-step explanation:

I think it would be more expensive than down here in alabama. With the gas prices being 3 dollars per gallon and more, it might be worse over there.
