Answer:

(a) 24.8 m/
src^2

Step-by-step explanation:

acceleration due to gravity is given by
g=(GM)/(R^2)=9.8 m/sec^2

where G is gravitational constant M is mass of earth and R is radius of earth

it is given that mass of Jupiter is =318 M

and radius of earth =11.2 R

g_(jupiter)=(318GM)/(11.2^2* R^2)=2.535* 9.8=24.84375 m/sec^2

so the acceleration due to gravity at Jupiter is 24.8 m/
sec^2 so option a will be correct answer
