Answer:1/2

Explanation:

If the eqyation is passing through two co-ordinates (X1,Y1) and (X2,Y2)

Then Slope of the equation is (Y2-Y1) / (X2-X1)

(X1,Y1) = (-9,-2)

(X2,Y2) = (1,3)

SLOPE = (Y2-Y1) / (X2-X1)

SLOPE = (3-(-2)) / (1-(-9))

SLOPE = (3+2) / (1+9)

SLOPE = 5/10 = 1/2
