Answer:

k > 16

Explanation:

Solve it like an equation solving for k

Move the -4 to the other side by adding it to both sides.

3k -4 plus 4 > 60 plus 4 - k

You get 3k > 64 - k

now move the k from the right to the left by adding both sides by k

3k plus k > 64 - k plus k

You get 4k > 64

Now divide both sides by 4 so you get k alone on one side to solve for the inequality

4k/4 > 64/4

k > 16

Answer:

3k - 4 > 60 - k \\ = 3k + k > 60 + 4 \\ = 4k > 64 \\ = k > (64)/(4) \\ = k > 16
