Answer:

Parallel lines

Explanation:

The standard form of equation of a straight line is expressed as:

y = MX+c

m is the slope

Given the equations

y = 7x – 2

On comparison;

m = 7 i.e the slope of the line is 7

For the line 14x – 2y = 3

First write in standard form

-2y = -14x +3

y = -14x/-2 + 3/-2

y = 7x- 3/2

Hence the slope is also 7

Since both equations have the same slope hence they are parallel lines(Parallel lines have the same slope)
