Answer:

c = 9.43 and angle B = 32

Explanation:

Find side c:

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

5^2 + 8^2 = c^2

25 + 64 = c^2

89 = c^2

√89 = c

c = 9.43

Find angle B:

angle A + angle B + Angle C = 180

58 + 90 + B = 180

148 + B = 180

B = 180 - 148

angle B = 32

Answer:

Side C = 9.43 Angle B = 32 degrees

Explanation:

Measure C = 90 because right triangle.

Triangle sum theorem = 180 - 90 - 58 = 32

Angle B = 32 degrees

We can use sine to find side length c

Sin = oppsoite/hypotenuse

Sin 58 = 8/x

x = 9.43
