What is the solution to this equation?
X+ 15 = 28

To solve this equation, just flip it around and change addition to subtraction.

So it would go from x + 15 = 28
To 28 - 15 = x
And 28 minus 15 equals 13
So x = 13
Then you plug 13 in for x.
13 + 15 = 28.
