One of the other employees has been coming to work 20 minutes late for the past week. The rest of the employees have picked up the slack so far, but everyone is becoming angry. What should you do?

Answer: I should talk to the employee and persuade him or her that this thing of coming to work late will harm the organization and eventually will be harmful for himself or herself.

Explanation: there is no an absolute answer for this question since organizations and people are different. However, I think that the best approach is the one that creates bonds within an organization so persuading and talking are good medicine.
