Answer:

y = 2/3x + 1.5

Explanation:

The Formula for that is

y = mx + b

m = slope

b = y -intercept

so to find the slope I would do y/x or rise over run

So your slope is 2/3 ( it goes up 2 and right 3 times)

Since the line is going up and not down, it is a positive slope

y = 2/3x + b

we need to find where the line crosses the vertical / y-axis and it's at the point.... (0,1.5)

y = 2/3x + 1.5
