black card = 26

to find out

X be the number of cards that are red. (A) Binomial(B) Not binomial

solution

we know that 4 is selected with out replacement from 52 cards

we can say that R item is as success , here R is Red card

so that 52 - R items will be as failures

and we know

failure = 52 - 26 = 26 that is equal to 26 black card

we know this is Hyper geometric function

so this is not binomial function
