As the vice president, I will take full responsibility to make my employees understand what changes are coming in and how they are going to affect their jobs. I will also make provisions for their feedback, suggestions or complaints.
By communicating the aspects of changes and asking for their suggestions employees will feel participated in the change program and i might help them accepting the change.
