Finding the slope using two points:

The formula for slope is

(y_(2)-y_(1))/(x_(2)-x_(1))

In this case...

y_(2) =-7\\y_(1) =2\\x_(2) =4\\x_(1) =-3

^^^Plug these numbers into the formula for slope...

(-7 - 2)/(4 - (-3))

(-9)/(6)

^^^Reduce this fraction

(-3)/(2)

^^^This is your slope

Hope this helped!
