y = 2x-17

Explanation:

We have a point and a slope, we can write the equation in point slope form and then convert to slope intercept form

y-y1 = m(x-x1) where m is the slope and (x1,y1) is the point

y-1 = 2(x-9)

Distribute

y-1=2x-18

Add 1 to each side

y-1+1 = 2x-18+1

y = 2x-17

This is slope intercept form
