f(x=3)= -1

Explanation:

I Believe that your function is y=f(x)= -1

So, this means that, whatever value has x, the value that will have your "y" variable, always will be equals to -1, as you can see in the attached picture.

So, if x=3, y=-1

if x=-2, y=-1
