Answer:

Flexor capro ulnaris

Step-by-step explanation:

A wrist has many muscles which help in movement of it.

The muscle that extends and adducts hand at the wrist is called Flexor capro ulnaris. It is innervated by ulnar nerves. The muscle consists of two heads : humeral head and ulnar head

The humeral head initiates at medial epicondyle of humerus.

The ulnar head initiates at olecranon of humerus. It inserts on pisiform, hook of hamate and fifth metacarpal.
