The question given to us is that the one side of square is 12.0 m then what will be it's Perimeter?

First of all we must know that square is a quadrilateral having its all 4 sides of equal length. So we are having length of 1 side which is 12m then the remaining sides will also be having same equal length of 12m.

Standard formula for calculating perimeter of a square is given by,

\mapsto\sf{4 * s}

\mapsto\sf{4 * 12}

\mapsto\sf{48m}

  • The length of perimeter of given square is 48m

(PS: The 's' in formula represent the length of a side in a square)

Answer:

P = 48 m

Explanation:

All 4 sides in a square have to be the same length

The perimeter of a square is given by

P = 4s where s is the side length

P = 4(12)

P = 48 m
