The whole circumference is 360 degrees but the arc is only 60 degrees. So, the arc length is one sixth of the circumference. The circumference can be found by multiplying pi by the diameter (AKA two times the radius). The radius here is 33 cm. So, the circumference is equal to 66pi. The arc is a sixth of that, so it is 11pi. 11 times pi is about 34.558 so the answer is D.
