Explanation:

So a full rotation about a circle is 360 degrees.

So if we do 360+(-100) we get 260.

They will share the same terminal ray because if we go 100 clockwise from the initial ray that will be an angle coming counterclockwise 260 from the initial ray.

100+260=360.
