Note sure if this helps but....

While the 5 vowels can do this, no Hawaiian word has two consonants straightforwardly consecutive in any worded succession aside from one, "Kristo" the Hawaiian method for articulating Christ and every single Hawaiian word end in vowels. So your answer would be a limit of 18,000 5-letter words with blends as pursues:

5*12*5*12*5

12*5*12*5*5

12*5*5*12*5

12 being any letter from the Hawaiian letter set

5 being a vowel
