The Missing side using Pythagorean theorem

=√(19)²+(38)²

=√361+1444

=√1805=19√5

=42.485≈42.49( to the nearest hundredth)

Missing angle

=let the angle be x

tan(x)=19/38

x=tan^-1(½)=26.565

x=26.57(to the nearest hundredth)

Well it has a right angle thing which is 90 so do 90+38+19=147
180-147=33
