So all you have to do is add them and subtract them.

2. (f−g)(x) = f(x) − g(x)

(f−g)(x) = (3x − 7) − (2x − 4)

(f−g)(x) = x − 3

3. (f+g)(x) = f(x) + g(x)

4. (f−g)(x) = f(x) − g(x)
