I'm depressed and don't know why, but I'm tired of being sad all the time what can I do?

talk to a trusted adult, write down your issues in a journal, get therapy, take prescribed medication, try to do things that make you happy. Possibly reaching out to a family member, or a friend. Ask them if therapy is a option and where to get started. I also will point out that succeeding in a certain task releases endorphins and could be beneficial to depression. For example, if you're into art, completing a painting or drawing etc. Something to be proud of yourself for. Don't wait on praise from those around you, praise yourself and come to terms that you can live happily independent.
