Length = x-5

Explanation:

Length= Area/width

Length = x³-5x²+3x-15/ x²+3

Re-arrange the numerator:

Length=x³+3x-5x²-15/x²+3

Take common from the numerator:

Length=x(x²+3) -5(x²+3)/x²+3

Length=(x²+3)(x-5)/x²+3

Length = x-5

Thus the answer is x-5 ....
