(1+tan\ x)/(sin\ x+cos\ x)\\=(1+(sin\ x)/(cos\ x) )/(sin\ x+cos\ x)\\=((cos\ x+sin\ x)/(cos\ x) )/(sin\ x+cos\ x)\\=(cos\ x+sin\ x)/(cos\ x) * (1)/(sin\ x+cos\ x)\\=(1)/(cos\ x)

1/cos x is equal to sec x.

So,


(1)/(cos\ x) = sec\ x

Hence proved ..
