Lance Armstrong's autobiography, It's Not About the Bike, My Journey Back to Life was written during and after his battle with cancer. Lance is a professional cyclist that won the Tour De France twice before being diagnosed. He was told he only had a twenty percent chance to survive. After receiving treatment he went on to win seven consecutive Tour De France races. He, along with other notable athletes, founded Athletes for Hope, a charitable organization, which helps other professional athletes get involved with volunteering and supporting the community.
