C. change.

Innovation is a change that introduces novelties, and that refers to modifying existing elements in order to improve or renew them. This term comes from the Latin "innovatio" which means "Create something new", and is formed by the prefix "in" (meaning "to be in") and by the concept "novus" (meaning "new"). In addition, in colloquial and general use, the concept is used specifically in the sense of new proposals, new inventions and their socio-economic implementations.

In the strict sense, on the other hand, it is said that ideas can only be innovations after they are implemented as new products, services, or procedures, which really find a successful application, prevailing in the market through dissemination.

There is a form of innovation consisting of the improvement of business management with new procedures, use of a technology, automation, improving quality, defining new ways of satisfying the customer, are just some ideas of what can be and achieve innovation and helps companies grow and be more competitive.
