If given the ability, what type of structure of federalism would you employ ?

Define the powers that you believe that state should own.


If anything I just want to know what structures of federalism exist?

A state should have :

sovereignty, constitutional authority etc.

if given the ability, i would employ the concept of shared powers between the state and national government
