1. English names ARE
2. I HAVE a nickname
3. His real name IS Richard
4. Women DON’T
5. Katerina DOESN’T
6 Beyoncé ISN’T a stage name

Notice that singular subjects have plural verbs. Plural subjects have singular verbs. This is not written in stone, but is a good guideline.

Answer:

The answers are explained below.

Step-by-step explanation:

1- English names are popular in countries such as Thailand and China.

2-l have a nick name, but for business l use my given name.

3- His real name is Richard Starkey, but everyone calls him Ringo.

4- In my country, women don't change their family names when they get married.

5- Katerina doesn't like her name. She thinks it's difficult to pronounce.

6- Beyonce isn't a stage name. It's the singer's real name.

It is important to point out that the subjects he, she or it, require the verb be is, the auxiliary does(n't) or the verb + letter s.

In plural subjects and I, we use the verb in present that looks like the verb in simple form; the auxiliary is do(n't) and the verb be is are in plural or am for I.
