-4(3e + 4)

Explanation:

This is the only answer that makes sense:

-7 - 12e - 9 [Distribute the 3 amongst all the other terms in parentheses]

Then you combine like-terms:

-16 - 12e

Finally, you factor out the Greatest Common Factor [GCF]:

-4[4 + 3e]
