Answer:

\displaystyle =9

Explanation:

The slope formula is

\displaystyle (y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

\displaystyle y_2=7\\\displaystyle y_1=(-2)\\\displaystyle x_2=(-6)\\\displaystyle x_1=(-7)

(7-(-2))/((-6)-(-7))=(9)/(1)=9

Therefore, the slope is 9, and the correct answer is 9.

Hope this helps!

Well the formula is Y2-Y1/X2-X1
So you do 7-(-2)/(-6)-(-7). Giving you 9/1 meaning 9 is most definitely your answer.I hope this helped.
