f(x) = (x-1)² + 3

Explanation:

f(x) = 4+x²-2x or f(x) = x²- 2x + 4 -----> eq 1

consider the top-most choice

f(x) = (x-1)² + 3 = x² + 2·x·(-1) + 1² + 3

f(x) = x² - 2x+ 1 + 3

f(x) = x² - 2x+ 4 -----> compare this with eq 1 above (they match!)

hence f(x) = (x-1)² + 3 is the answer
