Geometry:

If the figure has negative coordinates for its vertices, ie (-3,-4) when you try to rotate the figure 180 degrees using rule (x,y) to (-x,-y), do you keep the negative points as they are or do they become positive?

Answer: The points become positive.

Explanation:

When you plug the points into the function (x, y) to (-x, -y) each point will become - - which is positive. All in all if it’s negative and becomes negative it is positive. Double negative is positive.
