Explanation:

Given 2 similar figures with circumference ratio a : b

Then the ratio of the corresponding areas = a² : b²

Here the ratio of areas = 49 : 64

Taking the square root of both gives ratio of circumference

ratio of circumference =
√(49) :
√(64) = 7 : 8
