The impact then has been measured in the following areas: changes and tendencys in attitudes towards previous stigmas ,treatment of HIV AIDS policies, social movements seeking furhter rights for inclusion.

The decision made has also stimulated some social practices that would make many others argue that remedicalization, that is, going backwars would target health issues that are related to the practices of homosexuality, but this is highly improbable. We can notice how demedicalization is often a hot debate in social sciences.
