CIAA is established as constitutional organ to check corruption but corruption is still increasing day by day instead of decreasing. Why?

Yes,the above statement happens to be true because,in present scenario,the corruption is not reducing and is beyond control because the corruption has reached its highest point,many government organisations also keep a check but nothing seems to work in our country.In this situation only we can help ourselves by being alert all the time and recording any suspicious activity.Asking for bills.Not giving extra money for unreasonable.
