y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

We have


m=1\\\\\left((3)/(2),\ -(1)/(2)\right)\to x_1=(3)/(2),\ y_1=-(1)/(2)

Substitute:


y-\left(-(1)/(2)\right)=1\left(x-(3)/(2)\right)


y+(1)/(2)=1\left(x-(3)/(2)\right)the point-slope form

Convert to the slope-intercept form:


y+(1)/(2)=x-(3)/(2) subtract 1/2 from both sides


y=x-(4)/(2)
