This criterion is linked to a Learning Outcome Compare & contrast BMI to standard tables and then, develop an action plan for diet and physical activity based on your BMI assessment. Diet must include calories you will eat in one day as well as a snapshot of how you will eat. You must include the amounts and types of foods you plan on eating to support your BMI value. In the exercise plan should touch on 5 15 points (3 pts for first part and 6 points each for diet and exercise plan-second and third parts) areas of a sound fitness plan and make sure to include specific exercises, reps, sets, and duration.

I have never been on a diet before, but I'll try my best. Eat plenty of:

apples

bananas

pear

strawberries

pineapple

watermelon

kiwi

peach

nectarine

cauliflower

carrots

avocado (only a little bit with meals because they are high in fat!!!)

lettuce

spinach

bell pepper

make a salad

cucumber

drink 8 bottles of water a day

no juice unless you make yourself

Exercises:

crunches 3 sets 20 reps

push ups 3 sets 10 reps

sit ups 3 sets 30 reps

lunges 3 sets 20 reps

treadmill run 2 miles everyday!!

jumping jacks 3 sets 30 reps
