Answer:

(f*g) (x) =2x^3-13x^2-7

Explanation:

We have the following functions

f (x) = 2x+1

g (x) = x^2-7

To find
(f*g)(x) we must multiply the function f (x) with the function g (x)

Then we perform the following operation

(f*g) (x) =(2x+1)(x^2-7)

Apply the distributive property

(f*g) (x) =2x^3-14x^2+x^2-7

(f*g) (x) =2x^3-13x^2-7

Finally we have that:

(f*g) (x) =2x^3-13x^2-7
