How are the U.S constitution and the articles of confederation similar and different

Answer: They are different because under the articles there were only a legislatur, and no other branches. The Constitution created the national judicial system and an executive branch within in the central government. They are similar in the fact that the legislative body is still suppose to be the most important in the national government, and that state governments still have reserved powers.
