whats the best way to deal with depression and anxiety if you dont feel like talking to anyone about it?

Writing out what's bothering you could help. When your upset do things that you enjoy doing, things that you like to do, to keep your mind off whatever's bothering you. Exercising would make you feel better, because it releases endorphins in your body that put you in a good mood. Singing works, too. : ) I hope this helps you!
