Answer: They both involve violence towards society.

Explanation: Terrorism involves groups trying to kill a lot of people, for example, in November 2015 ISIS participated in an attempt on Paris and there were about 130 deaths; Genocide is like terrorism because it's also killing a lot of people, for example, from 1933 to 1945 Hitler and the Nazis put people on concentration camps, did experiment on special people, and many more horrific things, but throughout those years ended up killing about 11 millions of people. That's why Genocide and Terrorism are alike. They're different because Terrorism is using violence to scare people, and Genocide is killing large groups people.

Hope this helps you!!!

Answer:

Both terrorism and genocide are similar in the fact that these actions are aimed to damage or even destroy a determinate society or a significant part of it.

But terrorism usually is developed on a lower scale, with separated sporadic attacks carried out by illegal terrorist groups, while genocide is usually carried out by legitime groups or even governments, with a large scale and continuous-in-time operations.
