So 2y= 3x-4

The standard form is ax+bx= y

So 4 need to be isolate

Minus 3x on both sides

-3x+2y= -4
Since the answer is not there I will divided -1 or multiply -1 on both sides

-1(-3x+2y) = -1(-4)

3x -2y = 4
The answer is A
I multiplied -1 to make the coefficient becomes positive number
Hope this helps
