That would be A. Twice as parents

If were imagining meiosis didn’t occur so the gametes have 46 chromosomes and when they come together and fertilization takes place the fertilized egg will have 92 chromosomes.

Normally the gametes would have 23 chromosomes and the fertilized egg would have 46.
