Use it right away
Donate it to charity
Discard the food
Heat it to 165°F

The smartest thing to do would be to discard it, and not expose harmful foods to you or anyone else. They cold make people sick.

It's probably best to just throw it away. Wouldn't risk the chance of getting sick.
