Why is hemophilia more common in males than in females?

the answer is C

Females can also have hemophilia, but this is much rarer.

The answer would be B.

Males are XY(have one X chromosome) so when it comes to x linked diseases they express everythinggg that is on that chromosome(they only need one copy). But females need 2 copies of the recessive allele in order to express it.
