The measure of A is 10° greater than the measure of B. The two angles are complementary. Find the measure of each angle.

since its complementary, the sum if both angles equals 90 degrees.

you do x+x+10 so you combine like terms to get 2x+10=90

then you subtract 10 to get

2x=80

and divide by 2

x=40

angle a=50 degrees

angle b=40 degrees
